Happy Valentines Day!

Today we had our class Valentines Day party!  I know the children enjoyed it very much!  I want to thank all of the parents who helped out.  I am deeply grateful to you all.  Since it is Friday, there is no homework today!  Please remember that there is no school on Monday the 17th in honor of President's Day.  Have a good weekend!

Today we started class with a short Math assessment.  Later we learned about spelling words that end with either the “ch” or “tch” sound.  In Social Studies, we talked about natural resources and the importance of recycling.

Valentines Day!

It is almost Valentines Day!  2nd grade will be having a classroom party at 2pm this Friday the 14th.  We will be having snacks, games, and spending time with friends!  Your child may bring valentines to each of the students as well.  This should be an exciting time.  See you then!
